Here is the Trinidad Scorpion Sweet, Capsicum chinense. The Pepper originates from Trinidad but is used throughout the Caribbean. The pods are the same size as the regular T.S but the skin is smooth and lacks the tail. These peppers range in heat up to about 2,500 SHU. Taste is very mild but can be spicy! Plants can be a heavy producer. This is the true version of this pepper. You can Grow it as an ornamental, or in the vegetable garden, or both!
